 REVIEWS

“Grief tea is an important tool for anyone going through loss or change. It provides support for your body mind and spirit. The beautiful color is uplifting, and the flavor is bright.” — Amber

Tamy’s Tea Tips:

Herbs that support your heart and heart chakra are often bitter tasting. This mirrors the emotional effects of grief as we work to incorporate it into our lives in new ways. Experience and enjoy the bitter flavor or add your favorite sweetener as the promise of the future. I add a tablespoon of local honey to my large mug of tea and sip on it over several hours.

“If there ever comes a day when we can’t be together, keep me in your heart, I’ll stay there forever.” Winnie the Pooh

“An experience of collective pain does not deliver us from grief or sadness; it is a ministry of presence. These moments remind us that we are not alone in our darkness and that our broken heart is connected to every heart that has known pain since the beginning of time.” Brene Brown

“Grief expressed out, whether in or out of character, unchoreographed, and honest, for someone we have lost or a country or home we have lost, is in itself the greatest praise we could ever give them. Grief is praise because it is the natural way of love honors what it misses.” Martin Prechtel
